A Chick Chat Birthday Card

Doesn’t this fun color combo just scream party?  I don’t know anyone who wouldn’t love to receive this happy greeting on their special day.  The bright overlapping polka dot pattern makes a nice backdrop for the overall card design.  I trimmed out bits and pieces from various other patterned paper sheets to make the cluster of tags that hang to the left of the card greeting.

Some tone-on-tone enamel dots, a bright and coordinating card base and an ombre-colored and stamped greeting finish off this festive design.
