Hello! Lisa here from the DCWV Social Media Design Team! Today I’m sharing a home decor/scrapbook layout that I’ve created using a Premium Paper Collection. I have always loved fun quotes and sayings that share a message, and I was so excited when I found the free downloadable House Rules file. I knew I had to get crafty with it!

With the Premium Paper Packs found at JoAnn Stores, putting projects together like this is effortless! I love how all of the matching is done for you AND you get specialty paper to mix and match with. I simply layered the laser cut over the yellow cardstock, trimmed the Corrugate and Glitzy Glitter Paper to mat my printout with, fussy cut some flowers, and finished it all off with some DCWV gems and pearls.
