Out to Sea Journal
by Karen Jiles | 9 years ago
Hi there, Karen here, sharing a little Sea-themed Journal created with the Coastal Stack. I love to use a great journal when I’m vacationing and this one is perfect for the next trip to the beach. It measures 8-1/4" x 5-3/4", which is perfectly compact to capture your thoughts while away at your desired destination. It was extremely easy to create. Take a peek at my tutorial below.

Supplies
Journal/Notebook (8 1/4 x 5 3/4)
DCWV Stack: Coastal (Journal Covers: 8 1/4 x 5 1/4)
Ribbon
Adhesive: Xyron New Creative Station
Sanding Block
Charms
Hot Glue
Trimmer
Instructions:

Step 1: Trim papers down to layering sizes and sand edges with the sanding block.

Step 2: Run 2 (8-1/4" x 5-1/4") pieces of patterned paper from the stack through the New Creative Station and adhere to the outside of the journal. **Note: This step creates the back and front cover of journal.

Step 3: Run coordinating layers through the New Creative Station and adhere to the journal.

Step 4: Run focal image layer through the New Creative Station and adhere to the journal.

Step 5: Run sentiments through the New Creative Station and adhere to the journal.
