Up-cycle Halloween Necklace

Would you believe me if I said that you could make a Halloween Necklace in under 1 minute? Hi everyone, it's Jeri, and yes you can!! 

All you need is this darling Blue Moon Beads Holiday Frights Pendant, and a black necklace. I never wore this necklace, and I actually thought about giving it away a couple times. 

I am glad I didn't! It is the perfect piece for this Halloween Necklace!

So, go find an old necklace you never wear, or even one of your favorite black necklaces! Grab a pendant and some jewelry pliers. Attach the pendant, and there you have it....
